摘要
根据国调中心《智能变电站继电保护和安全自动装置现场检修安全措施指导意见》开发了一套智能化、可视化的智能变电站二次相关操作管控系统,既能实现对智能变电站二次相关操作的有效、可靠管控,又方便运维人员执行确认,可有效防控各种作业下的人员误操作,确保人员、电网和设备安全。
According to the Guideline for Operation Management of Relaying Protection and Security Automatic Equipment for Smart Substation issued by State Grid Dispatch Center,this paper develops an operation management system for secondary correlated operation of smart substation which has the characteristics of intellectualization and visualization.It can realize the effective and reliable control of secondary correlated operation for smart substation and provide convenience for operation and maintenance staff so as to effectively control various mal-operation to ensure the safety of staff,power grid and equipments.
