摘要
针对脱硝系统投运后出现的喷氨量不均、氨逃逸增加,容易造成空预器堵塞的问题,通过喷氨均匀性调整试验,结合试验数据进行分析,优化脱硝系统喷氨量,使系统用氨量有所下降,空预器差压也得到有了效控制,从而确保机组长周期安全运行。
After the denitrification system was put into operation,there was phenomenon of uneven ammonia injecting,which led to ammonia escalation and air preheater blockage.By adjusting the ammonia injection uniformity and analyzing the experimental data,the amount of ammonia in the denitrification system was optimized so that the amount of ammonia used in the system was decreased,and the differential pressure of the air preheater was also effectively controlled so as to ensure the long-term safety of the unit.
