基于DEA-Tobit的我国省域物流效率差异比较及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Difference in Provincial Logistics Efficiency and the Influencing Factors Based on DEA-Tobit Model

物流业是经济发展的重要支撑。然而,各省物流产业效率并不相同。为了科学地测度物流效率,文章基于DEA-Tobit模型,对我国省域物流效率进行评价,并分析环境影响因素的各异作用。首先,基于DEA模型,对各省物流效率进行了评价;然后,基于Tobit模型,对物流效率的影响因素进行了分析;最后,基于以上研究结论,从加大开放力度、提高政策支持、重视人才培养和加大基础设施建设四个方面提出有助于物流产业健康发展的对策与建议。

Logistics is an important support for economic development. However, the provincial logistics efficiency is different. In order to measure the logistics efficiency scientifically, based on the DEA-Tobit model, the study is evaluates the provincial logistics efficiency and analyzes the different effects of environmental factors. Firstly, based on DEA model, evaluates the logistics efficiency of each province. Then, based on the Tobit model, analyses the influencing factors of logistics efficiency. Finally, based on the above research conclusion,contributes to the measures and suggestions to the healthy development of the logistics industry from strengthening opness,increasing policy support, attaching more importance to the talent training and strengthening the infrastructure construction.
