摘要
文章在分析物流仓储人员岗位素质状况的基础上,提出不同工种、不同技术能力层次仓储人员的工作定额,以此设计物流仓储人员的薪酬体系,提出仓储人员精细化管理的措施,为提升制造型企业核心竞争力打下坚实的基础。
Based on the analysis of the quality status of logistics warehousing personnel, this paper puts forward the work quotas of warehousing personnel with different types of jobs and different technical capabilities, in order to design the salary system of logistics warehousing personnel and put forward the measures to refine the management of warehousing personnel. The core competitiveness of enterprises laid a solid foundation.
