“互联网+”背景下我国商贸流通业和经济增长的实证研究

An Empirical Study of China's Commercial Circulation Industry and Economic Growth under the Background of “Internet+”

当前我国供给侧结构性改革的一个关键性问题就是降低成本,商贸流通业和"互联网+"是实体和虚拟空间两个代表性的工具,尤其是两者的相互融合更将是降低经济运行成本,提供经济增长新动能的关键。为了考察这两个因素以及两者融合所带来的效应,文章采用2004~2016年省级层面的数据进行了研究。结果表明:"互联网+"和商贸流通业都对经济增长有明显的推动作用,但两者融合的效应却体现出在不同区域之间的异质性,总体来说互联网在我国商贸流通业中的积极效应还有较大的提高空间,为了解决这些问题,文章在最后提出了相应的政策建议。

One of the key problems in China's supply side structural reform is to reduce costs. Commercial circulation industry and"internet plus"are two representative tools in the physical and virtual space. In particular, the integration of the two will be the key to reduce the cost of economic operation and produce the new economic growth momentum. In order to investigate the effects of these two factors and their integration, this paper studied the provincial level data of 2004~2016. The results show that:"internet plus"and trade circulation industry has obvious role in promoting economic growth, but the effect of the fusion of the two shows the heterogeneity between different regions. Overall, there is a greater improvement for the application internet in the commercial circulation industry.
