陕西自贸区建设背景下西安国际港务区发展对策研究

On the Development Countermeasures of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park under the Construction of the Shaanxi Free Trade Area

西安国际港务区是西安建设丝绸之路经济带新起点的重要抓手,但是经过多年的建设,其平台、聚集功能尚没有有效发挥,在引领、带动西安物流业发展中的作用还有限。陕西自贸试验区的成立为西安国际港务区的发展带来了前所未有的机遇,应积极融入自贸区建设,不断加大配套设施建设,大力发展多式联运,有力吸引企业入园,以不断提升西安国际港务区的竞争力及在西安乃至陕西物流业发展中的带动作用。

Xi'an international trade & logistics park is an important link for Xi'an in building the new starting point of the Silk Road Economic Belt. However, after years of construction, its platform and gathering functions have not yet been brought into full play, and its role in leading and driving the development of Xi'an logistics industry is still limited.The establishment of Shaanxi Free Trade Zone has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of Xi'an international trade & logistics park. It should actively integrate into the construction of FTZ, continuously increase the construction of ancillary facilities, vigorously develop multimodal transport and effectively attract enterprises to enter the park in order to continuously enhance the competitiveness of Xi'an international trade & logistics park and promote the development of logistics industry in Xi'an and even Shaanxi.
