The Establishment of Garment Omni-channel Supply Chain Information Platform Based on Tripartite Coordination

传统服装零售企业在向全渠道模式转型过程中,如何打造"精益—敏捷"供应链迫在眉睫。因此,文章研究了多方协调环境下服装零售商主导的全渠道供应链信息平台设计问题,通过加强企业内部以及供应链节点企业间的各种业务集成以及促进节点企业间的战略协同和信息共享,来提升供应链的服务水平和整体竞争力。首先提出两级服装供应链的协调体系,之后以此为基础和前提,结合全渠道业务模式的需求,构建了以服装零售商主导的基于SOA的全渠道供应链信息平台系统总体架构。最后,设计了与总体架构相对应的由决策层、应用层和资源支持层组成的功能应用架构模型,对线上线下多渠道资源进行重组优化和分配。

In the process of transforming into the omni-channel mode, how to build the" lean agile" supply chain is imminent for the traditional clothing retailers. Therefore, this paper studies the garment omni-channel supply chain information platform design leading by retailer based on tripartite coordination environment. By strengthening business integration within the enterprise and among nodal enterprises, and promoting strategic coordination and information sharing among node enterprises, the service level and the overall competitiveness of the supply chain can be improved. This paper first puts forward the coordination system of the two-tier apparel supply chain. Then, on the basis of this premise and combining with the demand of the omni-channel business mode, this paper builds the overall framework of omni-channel supply chain information platform system based on SOA. Finally, a functional application architecture model, which is composed of decision layer, application layer and resource support layer,is designed, which is intended to optimize and allocate online and offline resources.
