摘要
基于对中华人民共和国物流行业标准的分析,构建了高职物流管理专业基本素质能力、专业基本能力、专业核心能力和专业拓展能力等4个能力平台的专业课程体系。为实现专业人才的素质、知识、能力培养目标,需要加强"双师"型师资队伍、校企合作、教学资源和考核评价机制等方面的建设与改革。
Based on the analysis of the logistics industry standard in People's Republic of China, a professional curriculum system of 4 competency platforms, such as basic competency, professional basic ability, professional core competence and professional development ability, has been constructed. In order to achieve the goal of training professionals' quality, knowledge and ability, we need to strengthen the construction and reform of"double quality"teaching staff, school enterprise cooperation, teaching resources and assessment mechanism.
