培养高素质物流人才的思考

Thinking on Training High Quality Logistics Personnel

随着我国物流业的快速发展和服务水平的不断提高,物流企业中,高级管理人才匮乏,从业人员素质普遍较低等问题日益突出。目前,我国各级各类学校对物流专业人才的培养,无论从数量和质量上,都远远不能满足物流行业对人才的需求。加大物流高等人才的培养力度,合理设置物流专业课程,准确定位培养目标,培养能够胜任现代物流企业发展的人才,是促进我国物流行业的健康、快速发展的关键。文章从物流教育方面入手,重点分析目前我国在物流人才培养上的不足之处,并提出了几点建议。
