Buddhist Culture and Construction of Modern Enterprise Ethics: A Case Study of DBN Group

现代企业伦理的建构,往往需要企业强文化作为依托。佛教作为世界性的宗教,其丰富的宗教文化资源既可以作为企业强文化的来源,也是建构现代企业伦理的极好工具。基于佛教伦理与企业伦理两者的相通之处,大北农集团与福州圣泉寺之间得以出现集团众多高管是圣泉寺的护法功德主、圣泉寺为集团员工提供宗教生活、圣泉寺使集团建立与众不同的企业形象等密切联系的各种现象,佛教文化在该集团企业伦理建构过程中,发挥了丰富企业伦理思想内涵、增强员工遵守企业伦理的自我约束能力、为推动企业履行社会责任提供内在动力等三方面作用。佛教文化要想在现代企业伦理建构中更好发挥功能应做到以下几点:首先,佛教文化在企业中的运用有专门部门负责;其次,企业领导者及其他高管成为践行者和诠释者;还有,佛教文化在企业伦理建构中的使用应因时因地做出调整。

The construction of business ethics often requires strong corporate culture as a support. As a world wide religion,Buddhism has rich religious,cultural and ethical resources. It can serve as a source of strong culture as well as an excellent tool for the construction of enterprise ethics. The author points out that,based on the similarities between Buddhist ethics and business ethics,Da Bei Nong group and Fuzhou Quan temple between the emergence of a number of executives is Da Bei Nong Quan Temple law,Quan temple is the main merit Da Bei Nong Group employees to provide religious life,the Quan temple Da Bei Nong built out of the ordinary images of enterprises closely linked to various the phenomenon of. Because the two closely linked to this,the author thinks that the process of Buddhist culture construction in Da Bei Nong business ethics,business ethics plays a rich connotation,strengthen ideological employees to comply with business ethics self-discipline,promoting corporate social responsibility to provide the internal driving force of the three aspects of the role. Finally put forward their own views on how to better in the ethical construction of Buddhist culture in the modern enterprise functions: first,responsible for using the Buddhist culture in the enterprise should have specialized departments; second,business leaders and other executives should be the ethical construction in practice and interpretation; also,Buddhist culture applied in business ethics should be due to make adjustments.
