摘要 萝卜籽又称莱菔子,是优质的药食同源型油料。萝卜籽含油率可高达45%,萝卜籽油中不饱和脂肪酸含量高于大豆油、菜籽油等。文章综述了萝卜籽油的制取方法及莱菔素等功能性成分,以期为萝卜籽油额开发和生产提供参考。 Radish seed,also known as radish seed,is a high-quality food and medicine homologous oil.The oil content of radish seed is high,and it can reach 45%.The content of unsaturated fatty acids in radish seed oil is higher than that of traditional edible soybean oil,rapeseed oil and that alike.The preparation methods of radish seed oil and the functional components such as sulforaphene were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for the development and production of radish seed oil
