ICU后综合征发病率逐年增高,给患者及家属带来的一系列负面影响日渐突出。为了及时发现ICU后综合征的出现,并能有针对性的治疗,ICU后综合征的早期筛查和精确诊断显得尤为重要。文章归纳了ICU后综合征患者认知方面、心理方面、生理方面等常用评估工具的研究背景、评价方法、适用范围、临床应用现状及优缺点,并为开发具有我国特色的ICU后综合征评估工具进行展望。

The incidence of Post-Intensive Care syndrome was increasing year by year,which negative effects on patients and their families were becoming prominent.It was particularly important to early screen and accurately diagnosis Post-Intensive Care syndrome in order to timely discovery Post-Intensive Care syndrome and conduct targeted treatment. The article summarized that common tools ' research background,evaluation methods,scope of application,clinical application status and the merits and demerits,which aspects included cognition,psychology and physiology,so as to develop Chinese characteristic assessment tools of Post-Intensive Care syndrome.
