资源、环境约束下区域最优产业结构的测度与应用——基于陕西省最优产业结构的实证研究

Measurement of Regional Industrial Structure Optimal under the Restriction of Resources and Environment

在区域资源可持续利用、环境污染有效控制及环境可恢复的情况下,研究了资源、环境和经济三个系统之间的协调关系,构造了相应的数理经济模型,据此设计了基于资源、环境约束下区域最优产业结构的测度工具。利用实际数据对陕西省最优产业结构进行了实际测量,结果显示,不同时期陕西省产业结构与最优产业结构之间存在着明显的差异,实际产业结构存在不合理现象,不同时期陕西省最优产业结构存在着动态变化。

Based on the situation which include the sustainable use of regional resources,the environmental pollution control and the use of recoverable resources,this article researches the relationship of the resources,the environment and the economy by constructing the mathematical model,then the article designs the measurement tool of the regional optimal industry.The actual industrial data of Shaanxi Province are used to measure the optimal industrial structure.The results show,there are significant differences between the industrial structure and the optimal industrial structure in Shaanxi Province at different times,and simultaneously the optimal industrial structure has a dynamic change.
