摘要 不确定环境要求领导具有较强的适应性。基于认知和行为双重视角,构建了复合多重中介模型,即领导者获取信息偏好通过多重路径影响适应性绩效,并通过236名中国企业领导者样本进行实证验证。结果表明:(1)领导者信息获取偏好正向影响适应性绩效,直觉型领导者表现出更高适应性绩效;(2)领导者信息获取偏好对适应性绩效的间接影响存在三条中介路径,即领导自我效能的特定中介效应、群体一致性变革型领导行为的特定中介效应及二者的连续复合多重中介效应;(3)领导自我效能的特定中介效应显著大于领导自我效能和群体一致性变革型领导相结合产生的连续中介效应,领导自我效能和群体一致性变革型领导两个特定中介效应不存在显著差异。 It becomes an important issues that how leaders improve adaptive performance under uncertain environment.Based on the dual perspective of cognitive and behavior,we study the composite multiple mediating effect of leadership self-efficacy(LSE)and group-focused transformational leadership(GTFL)in linking leaders' preferences of gathering information(SN)with adaptive performance(AP).Using 236 leaders sample in China,we empirically examine the theoretical model.The result shows that(1)SN positively predicts leaders' AP;(2)there are three mediating paths from SN to AP:LSE mediates the effect of SN on AP,GTFL mediates the effect of SN on AP,sequenced multiple mediating effect of LSE and GTFL;(3)the special mediating effects of LSE is far greater than the sequenced mediating effect of LSE and GTFL,and there are no significant difference between the special mediating effects of LSE and GTFL.Finally,we discuss the theoretical contributions,practical implications.
