Socialization——a new Choice of Cultivating Basketball Reserve Talents in China

运用文献资料、系统分析、专家访谈等方法,揭示我国篮球后备人才培养实现社会化进程中的障碍,并提出针对性策略,从而推动我国篮球运动的大众化发展和竞技水平的提高。研究认为我国篮球后备人才培养的社会化过程中存在政策性、条件性、以及思想观念上的制约。提出政府部门适度介入、全面均衡发展、完善政策法规、促进体育与教育部门有机结合的对策。

Using literature, system analysis, expert interviews and other methods, Reveals the obstacles in the process of socializing basketball reserve talents in our country, and puts forward some strategies to promote the pop-ularization of Chinese basketball and the improvement of competitive level. The research thinks that the socialized process of cultivating basketball reserve talents in our country exists the restriction of policy, conditions, and ideas and concepts. Put forward the appropriate intervention of government departments, comprehensive and balanced de-velopment ,improve policies and regulations, and promote the physical education and education sector organic com-bination of countermeasures.
