摘要
为了解当归不同部位对重金属的富集特性,采用大田种植方式分析了当归全株不同部位的重金属含量。结果表明:当归种植地土壤中重金属含量较低,未形成污染;当归全株中重金属含量从高到低依次为Cu>Zn>Cr>Pb>Mo>Hg>As>Se;Cu含量高于其它金属,其中叶吸收量为2777.09μg·kg^(-1),根含量为1138.89μg·kg^(-1);在地上部分枯黄前收获时全株生物量达到6284.23kg/hm^2,吸收的Cu为14.18g/hm^2。当归对Cu、Zn、Mo、Hg和Pb的富集系数和转运系数都大于1,其中Cu的富集系数和转运系数分别为56.43和2.44,远高于其它重金属。当归全株对重金属Cu具有较强的富集作用。
Objective: Screening of heavy metal accumulator plants is the fundamental work for phytoremedi?ation, the objective of this paper is to elucidate characteristic of bioconcentration of heavy metals by Angelicasinensis. Method: Whole plant of Angelica sinensis planted in the field was collected and concentration of heavymetals (Cr, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Mo, Hg, Pb) in defferent parts of the plant was determined. Results:The soilwas not polluted by heavy metals, the concent of heavy metals in Angelica sinensis was Cu〉Zn〉Cr〉Pb〉Mo〉Hg〉As〉Se, Cu was the highest among them. The concentration of Cu was 2777.09μg / kg-1and 1138.89μg / kg-1in leaf and root,; and the whole biomass of Angelica sinensis reached 6284.23 kg / hm2when harvested beforethe aboveground part withered, 14. 18g / hm2of Cu could be collected per hectare. Bioconcentration factor(BCF) and translocation factor (TF) of Cu, Zn, Mo, Hg and Pb were all greater than 1, BCF and TF of Cuwas 56.43 and 2.44, respectively, which is much higher than that of other heavy metals. Conclusion:Angelicasinensis had high bioconcentration capability of Cu.
