摘要
大黄是一种常用的中国传统中药,其味苦,性寒,归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经。大黄的主要化学成分为蒽醌类、蒽酮类、二苯乙烯类、鞣质、有机酸及多糖类等。经药理学研究证实,大黄的药理作用包括泻下、抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、改善肾功能、利胆、保肝、利尿、抗凝血、促智、抗衰老、清除氧自由基、免疫调节、毒性等多种作用,本文旨在分析大黄化学成分与药理作用的研究进展。
Rhubarb is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine Chinese, its taste is bitter, cold, spleen,stomach, intestine, liver, pericardium. The main chemical constituents from Rhubarb are anthraquinones,an?thrones stilbenes,tannins ,organic acid,saccharides and so on.The researches have shown that Rhubarb has theregulating effects on drainage effect,antibacterial activity, antiinflammatory,antitumor effect,improving renalfunction, cholagogue function, protecting liver function, diuretic, anticoagulant action, promoting intelligenceand antiaging action, removal of oxygen free radicals, and the roles of immune regulation, toxic action, as wellas other pharmacological actions.The purpose of this paper is to analyze rhubarb research progress of chemicalconstituents and pharmacological actions.
