蒸汽养护对不同胶凝体系胶砂力学性能的影响

摘要 通过单掺或复掺矿粉、粉煤灰、硅灰和膨胀剂组成不同的胶凝体系,并运用扫描电镜对蒸汽养护条件下不同胶凝体系胶砂力学性能进行了分析研究。结果表明,单掺矿粉和复掺矿粉+硅灰可以有效提高蒸养混凝土的抗折强度,复掺硅灰+膨胀剂和单掺硅灰可以提高蒸养混凝土的抗压强度;并发现蒸汽养护后和标准养护条件不同胶凝体系的强度发展有很大不同。 Through single or double mixing mineral powder,fly ash,silica fume and expansive agent and using scanning electron microscopy analysis of steam curing under the conditions of mechanical properties of different gel system analyzed and studied. The results show that single doped mineral powder and double mixing mineral powder + silica fume can effectively increase the flexural strength of steam cured concrete,double mixing silica fume + expansive agent and single doped silicon ashcan improve the compressive strength of steam cured concrete,and found that after the steam curing and standard curing condition the strength development of the different gelling system are quite different.
