摘要 在沌口长江大桥南接线青菱湖大桥下部结构施工过程中,对湖区桥梁承台施工工艺进行分析,从污水处置、基坑封底、承台结构施工等方面进行了论述,提出了对湖区施工区域采用污水隔离措施,基坑改水下浇筑封底为干浇,承台钢筋厂内绑扎现场吊装的施工工艺,保护了青菱湖水质、减少施工对湖区的污染及扰动,同时保证大桥施工进度。 During substructure construction of the Zhuankou Yangtze River Bridge southern section-Qingling lake bridge,the construction procedure of the bridge cap in the lake area is analyzed,including the treatment of the sewage,the backfill of the foundation pit and the construction of the cap. The construction area adopts the sewage isolation measures,the foundation pit construction method is changed from under water construction to isolation concrete pouring construction,the reinforcement is pre fabricated in the factory then shipped on site to install,thus protected the water quality of Qingling Lake,reduces the pollution and disturbance to the lake area during construction,meanwhile the construction schedule is not delayed.
