老旧墙体结构稳定性调研分析

Analysis on the stability of old wall construction

结合某工程事故,调研小组开展了对影响老旧墙体结构稳定性的工程调研,在此基础上对有关影响墙体稳定性的因素进行分析和归纳,从增加墙厚,提高砌筑砂浆强度等级,增加圈梁,构造柱,墙内加筋等方面,总结出提高墙体稳定性的方法。

Combining the engineering accident, investigation and surveys were carried on, influential factors concerned were analyzed and concludedon the base of survey result and relative methods were summed up. The methods include improving strength grade of masonry mortar, settingring beams and confined masonry, attaching reinforcements and so on.
