结合工程造价管理实践,从建设单位角度出发,对工程建设全过程中的造价管理与控制的薄弱环节进行了分析,并提出了加强工程建设全过程造价管理与控制的措施与思路,供工程实践参考。

Combined with the practice of project cost management, this paper from the view of construction unit, the weak link of the constructioncost management and control in the whole process of analysis, and puts forward some measures and ideas to strengthen cost control and managementof the whole process of project construction technology, for reference of engineering practice.
