建筑企业为了掌握合格的供应商,需要对其进行评价,评价结果直接影响建筑企业对供应商的管理。为提高供应商评价工作的质量,需要科学、合理的确定各评价指标权重,提出采用层次分析法对各评价指标的权重进行确定,以更加科学、合理的开展供应商评价工作,提高建筑企业对供应商的管理水平。

In order to grasp the qualified supplier, construction enterprises need to evaluate them. The evaluation results directly affect the managementof the suppliers. To improve the quality of supplier evaluation, it is necessary to determine the weight of each evaluation index scientificallyand reasonably. This proposes to use AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation index, in order to carry out supplier evaluation workmore scientifically and rationally, and improve the management level of construction enterprises to suppliers.
