Through the life cycle cost management theory, all elements cost management theory, whole process cost management theory and otheraspects made discussion, this paper elaborated some theories of construction engineering project cost management, and pointed out that the arrivalof information technology, changed the traditional project management method, the engineering cost management personnel should constantly learnnew professional technology, applied to the engineering practice, scientific management project.
