摘要
区域检查大纲是航空装备维修大纲的组成部分之一。基于民机区域维修技术的研究,首先对影响军机安全性和使用性等性能的影响因素进行研究,探索军机区域检查分析所需的评级指标体系的建立,提出将改进FAHP、特征向量法、熵权法、变异系数法、矩估计法以及离差平方和最大化法应用于确定评级指标权重,探索指标赋权方法在军机区域评级指标体系研究中的应用。结合实例,确定指标权重,最后将专家对指标的评价值与指标权重相乘,得到区域评估等级。
Zonal inspection program is one of the components of aircraft equipment maintenance outline.In the research of civil aircraft zonal maintenance,this paper firstly detected the factors that influence military aircraft safety and usability.Secondly,a rating index system is expected to be developed.In this paper,some typical methods are improved to confirm the rating index weight and develop its application in the research of rating index system,such as FAHP,eigenvector method(EV),entropy method(EM),etc.Then,according to the instance,the rating index weight was confirmed.Finally,multiply the estimation value provided by experts with the weight,hence the zone evaluation rate would be obtained.
