摘要 整个AUV系统大部分设备都直接或者间接搭载在中段和航行控制段,这两段的结构设计强度与动力学性能决定整个机器人系统布放和回收的安全性和可靠性。针对这两段框架建立有限元模型,进行加速度过载分析与静力学分析,校核结构静强度、静刚度;进行模态分析和频率响应分析校核共振特性。结合框架的负载实验结论充分验证了结构在正常负载条件下能够保证不发生失效破坏。 Most of the equipment among AUV system are directly or indirectly carried in the middle and navigation-controlled section.The designed strength as well as dynamic performance of these two sections decides the safety and reliability of the entire robot system while arranging to the sea and recovering from the sea.In this paper,a finite element model is established for the two sections of AUV,the static force and acceleration overload analysis are conducted to check static strength and stiffness of the structure.Meanwhile,mod alanalysis and frequency response analysis are carried out to check its resonance characteristics.Combining the load experiment,the results show that the frame structure under normal load conditions cannot be destructed.
