基于SolidWorks Motion的平面四杆机构运动分析

Motion Analysis on Planar Four-Bar Linkage Based on SolidWorks Motion

采用SolidWorks软件,对牛头刨床设备中典型的四杆机构进行建模、装配,并运用SolidWorks Motion模块对四杆机构主动件加载马达进行运动分析,得出从动件的位移、速度和加速度曲线,验证是否符合要求。该方法可为工程技术人员进行初始设计提供参考依据。

On the basis of SolidWorks software,this program established and assembled the typical four-bar mechanism in a squaring machine model,and performed movement analysis on the active parts of four-bar linkage by SolidWorks Motion module.Hence the curves of displacement,velocity and acceleration of the driven part are obtained and the satisfaction has been verified.This method provides valuable reference for engineers to do intial design.
