摘要
根据双管水压机拉梁的使用要求,理论计算初步确定拉梁的截面尺寸,通过有限元的优化分析,得到最佳的插销孔位置,使拉梁的整体受力情况得到改善,提高了拉梁的使用寿命。
According to the using requirements of double heads hydro-tester beam(2 HTB),this paper primarily calculated the cross section sizes of the beam theoretically and obtained the best position of the pin hole based on finite element optimization analysis,which improved the beam stress situation.In this case,the service life of the beam has been extended.
