摘要
根据"无碳小车"竞赛命题要求,通过分析竞赛任务,完成了方案设计、具体参数设计和加工装配与调试等任务。利用SolidWorks软件进行了小车机械结构的三维仿真,通过软件分析并未发现干涉和死点等问题,判断小车的机械结构合理,可以实现小车的预定轨迹。利用学校工程训练中心制造出该小车,其具有行驶平稳不宜倾翻、转弯半径及转弯周期可调、能量传递效率高的特点。
According to the requirements of"carbon-free car"competition proposition,this paper completed several tasks included in the tasks of the competition,such as the scheme design,parameter design,assembling and debugging,by which the car was developed in the school engineering training center.The car possesses several characteristics,for example,stable and unfavorable tipping,adjustable turning radius and turning period,high energy transfer efficiency,etc.Additionally,by the three-dimensional simulation aiming at the the mechanical structure of the car in SolidWorks,there was not interference and death points exist,therefore the mechanical structure of which is reasonable,and its predetermined trajectory could be generated.
