摘要
目前,并联臂结构的3D打印机普遍存在打印精度不佳、稳定性与可靠性差、调试与维护过程复杂等问题。针对熔融挤压堆积成型(FDM)并联3D打印机的基本结构,对并联式3D打印机的部分结构件进行了重新设计与建模,完成样机设计与实验。设计了一种支持双色混色、易于维护、高可靠性的并联3D打印机,并通过整体布局、机械结构以及打印喷头的优化进一步提高打印精度、打印稳定性以及可靠性。
Nowadays,parallel-arms 3 Dprinter suffers a series of problems,such as poor accuracy,poor stability and reliability and complex debugging and maintenance,etc.In this paper,some part of parallel-arms 3 Dprinter structure has been redesigned and modeled based on FDM parallel 3 D printer structure,and the development and experiment of the prototype has been finished.According to the prototype,the new designed 3 Dprinter is of the advantages of supporting two-color mixed printing,easily maintaining and high reliability.In addition,its printing accuracy and stability have been improved via optimizing structure and printing head.
