摘要
针对冷连轧高速轧制过程中带材上下表面容易出现拉毛缺陷问题,充分结合冷连轧机组的设备与工艺特点,分析了拉毛缺陷的形成机理,并在首次引入拉毛因子的基础上,将拉毛治理与冷连轧升降速过程中轧制加速度有机地联系起来,建立了降低冷连轧轧制过程中拉毛缺陷的优化目标函数,采用鲍威尔寻优的办法,最终实现了冷连轧升、降速过程中轧制加速度的设定技术。
Aiming at the issue of galling defection caused by high speed rolling in the top and bottom surface of the strip,the reason of galling defection has been analysed,based on characteristics of tandem cold rolling mechanism and technology.Firstly introducing the galling factors,this article organically combined galling solutions and the rolling accuracy in the process of tandem cold rolling acceleration and deceleration.Hence an optimal objective function has been established to reduce the galling defection.In accordance of Powell′s Optimization algorithm,the setting method of the rolling accuracy has been achieved.
