摘要
铠装加热器受感器加温可靠性问题影响了受感器总、静压的测量。经分析,不加温的主要原因为内丝断裂,断裂机理为高温疲劳和动态蠕变,两者占比与内丝温度有关。加热器焊接缺陷促进了高温疲劳和动态蠕变的发展,降低了受感器的加温可靠性。
The heating reliability of armored heater pitot has influenced the total and static pressure measurement.Analyzing this problem,this paper presented that the main reason of not heating was the inside wire cracking that was caused by high temperature fatigue and dynamic creep,and the ratio of the two phenomenon was related to the temperature of inner-wire.Meanwhile,The welding defects of heater catalyzed the development of high temperature fatigue and dynamic creep,hence reduced the reliability of the heater.
