摘要
研究了基于STC89C52单片机的步进电机控制系统。通过建立最基本的单片机系统、基于ULN2803芯片的电机驱动电路、电机按键控制电路、电机运行状态参数的数码管显示电路等几部分搭建了电机控制系统。通过MCS-51汇编语言编程指令,实现由控制矩阵键盘输入控制步进电机的正反转、加减速、启停控制等操作,提高了电机的控制精度。
This paper aims at studying the control system of stepping motor based on STC89 C52 microcontroller unit(MCU).In the paper,several modules have been built that contribute to a stepping motor control system:fundamental MCU system,motor driven circuit based on ULN2803 chip,motor control button circuit and digital tube display circuit of motor running state parameters,etc.By using MCS-51 assembly language,several operations such as the stepper motor′positive/negative running,acceleration/deceleration and start/stop control that controlled by a control matrix keyboard,has been realized.Hence the motor control accuracy is improved.
