摘要
在冶金锯片磨削时,为达到厚度测量远程监控的目的,使用网络技术结合浏览器来设计远程监控系统,并且在网络技术的基础上,利用LabVIEW的TCP/IP网络协议中的客户端/服务器的模式进行编程设计,客户端和服务器之间利用TCP网络协议、G语言编程来实现网络通讯,使冶金锯片磨削厚度的测量实现自动化、信息化。
In order to achieve the remote monitoring in the process of grinding thickness of metallurgical saw blade,a remote monitoring system combining with network technology and browsers is designed in this paper.In addition,based on network technology,a programming design is performed by the use of TCP/IP network protocol in LabVIEW.Based on TCP network protocol and G programming language,the network communication between clients and servers has been implemented.In the case of which,the automation and informatization of the measurement of grinding thickness of metallurgical saw blades have been realized.
