摘要
对采用继电器控制方式的球磨机自动喷润滑油装置在使用过程中存在的一系列问题进行分析,并针对相关的问题通过采用PLC控制系统、触摸屏以及对设备重新配置并增加故障报警等方式进行改造。改造后,系统运行稳定,操作方便灵活,故障率明显减少,取得了良好的经济效益。
The article analysed a series of problems in the process of the application of an auto-lubrication device（ALD）of a ball-milling machine controlled by relays.In the case of the problems,a series of improvements have been performed,such as using a PLC control system,touchscreens,resettling the device and adding alarm methods.By the improvement of which,the system can be controlled conveniently and stably,and the fault rate has been considerably reduced,so that the economic benefits increases.
