摘要
针对现代机械行业对零部件清洗质量高和清洗效率高的需求,设计了一种多槽悬挂式超声波自动清洗机。该设备采用链传动形式,装零件的篮筐自动上挂到清洗传动链,依次完成温热浸洗、超声粗洗、超声精洗、喷淋冲洗、强风吹等工序,接着从清洗传动链下挂,自动进入烘道传送链,完成烘干并出料。其控制系统选用功能强、可靠性高的可编程控制器,介绍了PLC控制原理及其软、硬件的设计方法和思路。实践证明:该机器清洗效果好,生产效率高,除人工上下料外,实现了自动化,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,满足了机械行业、汽车行业零部件的批量化生产要求。
In order to meet the demand of high quality and efficiency for components cleaning in modern machinery industry,this paper developed a multi-slot suspended ultrasonic wave cleaner.The cleaner adopts chain transmission method to automatically hang the baskets filled with components up to the cleaning transmission chain,so that performs the processes such as hot dip,ultrasonic coarse washing,ultrasonic fine cleaning,spray washing and strong blowing,respectively.Then it hangs the basket from the cleaning chain to drying chain automatically and completes drying and discharging.The control system consists of a controller that is functional,reliable and programmable.Analyzing PLC control principle and the design method of the soft/hardware of which,the practical result shows that this device operates with high washing cleanliness and efficiency.The device realizes automation and greatly reduces labour strength,which satisfies the batch production demands of the components in machinery and automobile industry.
