摘要
结合精密减速器的结构特点和运行工况对三类轴承进行预紧技术与配合关系研究,使得轴承配合关系达到良好效果,进一步提高了精密摆线减速器轴承的使用寿命,降低了噪声和振动。
In this paper,the preload and coordination relationship of three kinds of bearings has been studied,according to the structural characteristics and operating conditions of a precision reducer.In this case,the matching relationship of the bearings has been improved so that the life cycle of the bearing has been increased.Additionally,the noise and vibration has been reduced.
