在国家推进"双一流"建设背景下,我国的高等教育发展紧密结合各所高校的综合改革,注重全面提升教育教学质量,进入建设高水平大学的新的历史阶段。为适应高等教育当下的发展形势,地方普通高等院校着手向区域/地方高水平大学的建设目标而努力。文章通过分析地方普通高等院校建设高水平大学的重要指标及需要处理好的几大关系展开探讨,探究建成高水平大学的基本思路、切实可行的具体做法,为地方普通高等院校适应社会经济快速发展建设高水平大学提供参考。

In the context of advancing ＂double first-class＂ construction in the country, the development of higher education in our country closely integrates the comprehensive reforms in colleges and universities and pays attention to improving the overall quality of education and teaching, entering a new historical stage of building a high-level university. This article explores the important indexes of local higher institutions of higher learning in building high-level universities, the relationships that need to be dealt with in order to explore the basic idea of building a high-level university and practical measures to meet the requirements of local colleges and universities in adapting to the social economy to provide a reference for rapid development and construction of high level university.
