摘要
分析深圳地区的校企联合培养工作困境,因一线城市的地缘和经济优势,大型企业人才对联合培养研究生需求较低,且存在主体目标不一致、政府角色缺失、单学科评价体系等问题,认为通过激发"政、产、学、研、用"体系中多元主体的协同意愿,构建跨学科的评价体系,营造协同文化校园氛围,从而实现依托中小企业的协同创新校企合作模式。
This paper analyzes the difficulties of school-enterprise cooperation in Shenzhen. Due to the geo-economic advantages, large enterprises' have very low demand for postgraduates. In addition, a lot of problems exist in school-enterprise cooperation. For example, the main objectives are inconsistent, the government lacks public functions and subject evaluation system is not complete. Therefore, an interdisciplinary evaluation system should be constructed by inspiring the synergetic will of "government, industry, uni - versity, research and employment" so as to realize the collaborative innovation of school-enterprise cooperation mode relying on SMEs.
