高校专业课程中融入思想政治教育的难点剖析与路径探索

回归教育初衷、共筑价值追求,高校专业教育与思想政治教育本是一体,两者相互联系、相互促进。而在异化现实中,专业教师重技轻道,专业课程思政教育功能无法体现;教育主体各自为政,全员育人局面无法构建和完善;机制缺失,专业教师积极性和主动性无法提升。鉴于理想与现实之鸿沟,笔者认为,在明确定位上形成共识、在实施目标上行动一致、在优化效果上考核评价乃解决高校专业教育与思想政治教育有机融合的关键所在。

College professional education and ideological and political education should have been integrated, connected and pro-moted so as to pursue original education intention and value establishment. However, professional teachers highlights skills instead of moral education; professional educational subjects acts on their own wills without cooperation and mechanism is deficient. These prob-lems brings about deficiency of ideological and political educational function in major courses, impossibility of all-teachers-participa- tion construction and impossibility of teachers＇ initiative improvement. Based on the gulf between ideal and fact, the author considers that the key to integrate college professional education to ideological and political education is to reach a consensus on specific ori-entation, on implementation objectives and on examination and evaluation of optimizing results.
