高校思政全媒体构建方式研究

新媒体时代,高校思政工作由于受到多元网络文化的冲击,中心地位有所减弱,难以有效发挥思想引领作用,大学生的世界观、人生观、价值观受到其他意识形态的不良影响,出现了一系列的矛盾和问题。为解决上述问题,共同构建高校思政全媒体网络平台,凝聚思政工作的合力对学生乃至社会施加有益影响至关重要。在构建方式上,主要可以通过融合各类媒体搭建数字化平台,组织队伍重构引导全员育人,创新传播机制提升宣传效果等举措来进行。

In the new media age, the central position of ideological and political work in universities is being undermined by di-verse cyber culture. Its role of offering guidance for students＇ thinking is not given full play. Contradictions and problems are arising in students＇ world view, outlook on life, and values because they are currently under negative influence from various ideologies. In the face of the issue, it is of imperative importance to establish an omnimedia online platform for ideological and political work in u-niversities so that it can benefit students and the society as a whole. As regards the way of founding it, a digital platform can be established by integrating various media; the staff should be restructured so that each one of them contributes to educating students. Moreover, better publicity can be achieved by innovating communication mechanisms.
