基于成果导向教育模式的高职英语教学改革

随着现代社会教育水平的逐渐提高,在经历了上世纪末至今的教育模式改革浪潮之后,"成果导向"这种教育模式逐渐在众多相对传统的教学方式中脱颖而出,受到了教育界的广泛认可。的确,相对于传统的教学模式来说,"成果导向"这种教学模式更注重于对教学成果的目的化和规范化,以一定程度的教学成果作为整个教学过程的目标,以新成果为最终目的,在实施教学模式的环节中,更有效地培养了学生的学习兴趣与自主学习能力。文章首先从目的、原则等方面阐述了"成果导向"教育模式,再针对目前我国高职英语教学在改革过程中有关于"成果导向"教育模式的现状做出阐释,最后提出有关建议与对应改革策略和措施。

With the increasing of the modern social education standard, result-oriented education has aroused more and more at-tention and recognition after education mode reform from last century. Centered on objection and standardization, result -oriented teaching mode regards certain teaching outcomes as the objective of teaching process, and regards new outcomes as ultimate aim so as to more effectively cultivate students＇ learning interests and self-learning ability in teaching process. This thesis elaborates the ob-jectives and principles of result-oriented teaching mode. And then it explains the current situation of this mode in China＇s higher vocational English teaching reform. Besides, it puts forward related suggestions, reform strategies and measures.
