摘要
目的研究EV71感染导致的病毒性脑炎患儿外周血中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的浓度变化,探讨EV71感染致儿童颅内感染可能的机制。方法收集确诊为EV71感染性脑炎患儿(患病期、恢复期)、非EV71感染性脑炎患儿的外周血(发病期、恢复期)、健康儿童的外周静脉血,离心提取血浆进行检测。应用ELISA法检测研究对象血浆中TNF-α的水平。结果组间比较:EV71感染性脑炎患儿患病期外周血TNF-α的浓度均高于非EV71感染性脑炎以及健康儿童外周血浓度,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。EV71感染性脑炎患儿恢复期外周血TNF-α的浓度与非EV71感染性脑炎以及健康儿童相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组内比较:EV71感染性脑炎患儿患病期间外周血TNF-α的浓度明显升高,恢复期该浓度下降,两时间段比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TNF-α参与了重症手足口病的损害机制,外周血的浓度可一定程度反映患儿病情进展程度,从而对于进一步认识该病、临床预警提供帮助。
Objective To stuty the changes of tumor necrosis factor α( TNF-α) concentration in peripheral blood of children with viral encephalitis caused by EV71 infection,and to explore the possible mechanism of intracranial infection. Methods Peripheral blood in encephalitis children with with or without EV71 infection and healthy children was collected,the plasma was separated and the level of TNF-α was detected with ELISA.Results The concentration of TNF-α in peripheral blood of children with EV71 infective encephalitis was higher than that of non EV71 infective encephalitis and healthy children,and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The level of TNF-α in peripheral blood of children with EV71 infective encephalitis during the period of illness was higher than that of recovery period,and the differences was significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion TNF-α plays an important role in EV71 infective encephalitis of children,and its level in peripheral blood can reflect the degree of the disease progression to a certain extent,thus providing help for further understanding and clinical warning.
