The Building of Characteristic Elements of Specialized Teaching Management in Local Colleges and Its Development Countermeasures

以浙江一所地方本科院校为例,总结分析了教学管理工作的现状,提出树立科学现代化的教学管理理念、建构具有较高素质及专业化的教学管理队伍、建立健全科学的校院两级教学管理体制的对策,促进地方本科院校的教学管理专业化发展。

The five characteristic elements of teaching management specialization such as scientific nature,service, necessity, authority and autonomy were sketched and their respective content determined. TakingLishui University as an example, the present paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation of teachingmanagement, puts forward the idea of setting up scientific and modernized teaching management and constructing the high quality and specialized teaching management team, proposes related strategies for a healthytwo-level teaching management system, with a view to promoting the development of teaching managementspecialization in local undergraduate colleges and universities.
