摘要
文中设计了一种以TMS320F28335为控制核心的飞机防滑刹车控制器。在单电源供电的基础上,设计了电源电路、轮速调理电路和伺服阀驱动电路等功能模块,并通过优化电路结构和PCB布图增强控制器的可靠性。同时,利用故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)方法对控制盒进行可靠性定量分析,提出进一步提高控制器可靠性的方案。与半物理仿真台的联调结果表明,控制器工作稳定可靠,能够满足飞机防滑刹车的要求。
A new kind ol aircraft antiskid braking controller based on the digital signal processor (TMS320F28335) is designed in this paper. The circuits including power, signal process and valve control are presented with single power supply. Optimization on structure and skills in PCB lay-out can improve its reliability. FMECA is imposed for reliability analysis and raising improvement. The simulation results obtained from the hardware- in- the-loop demonstrate that the controller can meet the requirement of aircraft braking.
