机外调试装置的创新设计

摘要 轴承磨床加工套圈沟道时,由于受机床结构空间和视野的限制,调试人员找正非常困难。运用空间分析原理,设计机外调试装置,将基准找正问题在机床外部解决,然后再将调试完成的支承座整体安装在机床上。经验证,机外调试装置不仅方便了调试人员找正,而且提高了基准找正的准确性和效率。 Because of constrained structure space of grinder and visual field,it is very difficult for alignment by debugging personnel during grinding ring raceway of bearings. Therefore,the space analysis principle is used to design external debugging device,and the datum alignment problem is solved on external machine tool. Then the debugged supporting seat is installed integrally on grinder. After verification,the external debugging device is not only convenient for alignment by debugging personnel,but also improves accuracy and efficiency of datum alignment.
