摘要
针对网络餐饮服务第三方平台提供者这一新型主体展开研究,探索在将其列入监管对象的同时,是否能够成为食品安全社会共治主体,并探索网络餐饮服务第三方平台参与食品安全社会共治的路径,与政府建立合作机制,通过建立长效的信息共享机制、信息公开机制以及完善"三小"入网经营等方式,建立食品安全协同治理的新模式。
This research aims at the new type of main body of the third-party platform provider of internet catering service to explore whether it can become the main body of food co-governance and how it can be. The establishment of cooperation mechanisms with the government,long-term mechanisms for information sharing,information disclosure system and perfecting "three small"network operation to create a new mode of food safety co-governance.
