摘要 提高人才培养的质量,最核心、最关键的问题在于课程内涵。课程内涵即高校人才培养过程中师生所开展的知识活动以及师生的教学体验。任何课程都有内涵,而且必须内涵丰富,方能实现其功能。我国许多大学成为"一本书的大学",课程知识短窄低浅旧,师生体验复杂度弱难度小。要增加课程内涵,应当更新高校课程理念,增强教师教学能力,提高学生学习能力,改革教学激励制度。 To improve the quality of talent cultivation,the most core,the most critical issue is the connotation of curriculum. Curriculum is the university talent cultivation activities carried out by teachers and students in the process of knowledge,teachers and students of teaching experience. Any courses have meaning,and must be rich in content,in order to achieve its function. China's universities become a Book University,curriculum knowledge: short narrow shallow old,Teachers and students experience: the complexity is weak,the difficulty is small. The way to increase the content of the course: to update the concept of curriculum in Colleges and universities,and to enhance the teaching ability of teachers,improve the students' learning ability,reform the teaching incentive system.
