摘要
企业IT(information technology)能力的提升是增强企业竞争力,应对"互联网+"环境不确定性的重要途径,而持续学习是IT能力提升的重要突进程。基于此,首先对企业IT能力学习的构成要素和因素之间的关系进行了系统分析,其次,利用系统动力学的方法,建立了企业IT能力学习的系统动力学模型,再次,通过Vensim软件对模型进行仿真,并对企业IT知识吸收能力及隐性知识比例的影响进行分析,最后提出了提升企业IT能力学习效果的对策建议,为企业提升IT能力提供了决策支持。
Enterprise IT capability is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and adapt to the uncertainty of "Internet + ",and the formation of IT capability is the process of learning. In view of the facts,the situational factors of IT capability learning mechanism are analyzed in this paper firstly; then based on the system dynamics( SD) method,the SD model is set up,moreover this model is simulated by Vensim software,and enterprise IT knowledge absorptive capacity,the proportion of tacit knowledge and RD intensity are analyzed; finally suggestions to improve IT capability learning effect are proposed. It provides the decision support for enterprises to enhance IT capability.
