面向多品种小批量的订单成组模型研究

An Order Group Model for Muti-varieties and Small Batch

针对多品种小批量的订单式生产模式中存在的换模次数多、时间长的问题,考虑交货期、产品工艺相似性等方面的因素,提出了一个订单成组模型。通过一个具体的实例来验证模型的合理性和有效性。结果表明,订单成组模型可以有效地区分出加急订单并能够为订单排程提供有力的依据。

An order group model has been put forward,in order to solve the problems existing in order oriented production model for multi variety and small batch,such as frequent die change,spending much time,delivery date,product process similarity and so on. A concrete example is given to verify the rationality and validity of the model. The results show that the order of group model can effectively distinguish the urgent order and can provide powerful evidence for order scheduling.
