摘要
大科学时代以来,自然科学的突破性研究成果往往由那些智力卓绝、分工精细的精英科学家共同体取得。精英科学家共同体不仅在科学研究的数量与质量上成就卓越,也在自身的传承中培养着一代又一代的科学精英。引力波探测团队—LIGO实验室成功探测到引力波,填补了实验证实广义相对论领域的最后一块拼图,与其团队内部以实验室为场所、以科学家们个人的精神气质等为传承的实验室传承作用的发挥密不可分,这种实验室传承系统关系对于科学精英的培养亦具有重要意义。
Breakthroughs in natural science has always been made by elite scientist community with excellent intelligence and fine labor divisionsince mega-science epoch. The elite scientist community have not only made remarkable achievements in the quantity and quality of their research,but also have trained generations of scientific elites in their inheritance. Gravitational Wave Exploration Team-LIGO Lab successfully detected gravitational waves and filled up the last piece of puzzle in the field of experimental verification of general relativity. The achievement benefits from the inheritance of laboratory which takes lab as site and scientists' personal spirit as inheritance. This laboratory inheritance relationship is of great significance for the cultivation of the scientific elite as well.
