Breakthroughs in natural science has always been made by elite scientist community with excellent intelligence and fine labor divisionsince mega-science epoch. The elite scientist community have not only made remarkable achievements in the quantity and quality of their research,but also have trained generations of scientific elites in their inheritance. Gravitational Wave Exploration Team-LIGO Lab successfully detected gravitational waves and filled up the last piece of puzzle in the field of experimental verification of general relativity. The achievement benefits from the inheritance of laboratory which takes lab as site and scientists＇ personal spirit as inheritance. This laboratory inheritance relationship is of great significance for the cultivation of the scientific elite as well.
